Your Mission

People & Culture Business Partners perform a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business acting as a sparring partner. Collaborating closely with other Business Partners and the People & Culture Center of Expertise. 

• People & Culture consulting and coaching under guidance (e.g., supporting managers in resolving people-related matters and providing guidance on standard HR processes and policies). 
• Supports the flow-down of the Beyond Gravity annual People process. 
• Supports business change activities (e.g., assisting with organizational changes and workforce initiatives). 
• Provides input and perspectives to business leaders. 
• Supports People & Culture program implementation and communication. 
• Partners with the business and Talent Management/Recruiting colleagues on talent initiatives. 
• Supports job pricing activities for recruitments, promotions and allowances while considering Equal Pay principles. 
• Supports local Salary and Equal Pay Review activities. 
• Contributes to employee experience initiatives. 
• Supports activities that strengthen community and belonging. 
• Promotes diversity, equity and inclusion principles. 
• Level 1 operates with a local scope and low to moderate complexity. Works under regular guidance and supervision, develops consulting capabilities, and handles routine employee and manager issues. Limited autonomy and decision-making authority. 

Your Mission:

• Has minimum 2 years of experience
• Degree in a suitable field or equivalent combination of education and experience  
• Knowledge of local labour law and social security 
• Presentation and communication skills

• SuccessFactors experience  
• Project management
