Your Crew 
The Logistics Developer ensures that logistics processes, systems, and solutions are designed, developed, and optimized to improve supply chain efficiency and support business growth. The role bridges business needs with logistics processes, and IT/system capabilities to deliver sustainable, cost-effective, and innovative logistics solutions.

Your Mission

• Develop and implement logistics processes, tools, and systems.
• Analyze workflows and identify improvements.
• Convert logistics requirements into clear system solutions.
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside of the company.
• Drive continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate solution effectiveness.
• Train and support end-users.
• Stay updated on logistics trends and technologies

Your Story

Must’s:

• Proven logistics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management and stakeholder collaboration ability.
• Proficiency with logistics IT systems and MS Office.

Nice to have’s:

• Experience in automation/digitalization projects.
• Knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• International logistics/3PL experience.
