Your Mission

  • Own the employee experience regarding PC Operations at all stages of the employee life cycle such as recruiting, onboarding, performance- and talent management as well as salary review;
  • Understand the business, mission, challenges, business initiatives and business model to influence and facilitate the development of organizational priorities and related change initiatives;
  • Provide expert consultancy on PC Operations, Labor law and Environmental law matters for the management and business;
  • Advise and support managers on operational and strategic PC issues;
  • Support in conflict situations, team development and structural and cultural change management;
  • Collaborate in PC transformation projects and tasks such programs and activities for candidate-/employee-experience and development;
  • Drive process standardization, optimization, and automatization in PC Operations processes with the relevant contact persons;
  • Work in PC projects locally & globally.

 

Your Story

Must’s:

  • 3-5 years experience in HR in a Senior HR BP role;
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably with HR focus;
  • Good understanding of Swedish Labor law and Collective Agreement;
  • Operational people experience, project/change management and solid knowledge of theory of HR policies, processes and practices;
  • Strong and empathetic communicator in Swedish and English.

Nice to have’s:

  • Good knowledge of Employee Service Management technology and SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Highly structured, systematic and organized working style, strong planning and organizational skills.
