Your Mission
Responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain function to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable flow of materials, information, and products across the organization. This role oversees strategic planning, demand forecasting, procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
The position plays a critical role in aligning supply chain strategies with corporate goals, driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and ensuring resilience and agility within the supply chain. The Senior Manager of Planning and Supply Chain will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Operations, Finance, Product Development and Global Supply Chain—to deliver an integrated, data-driven, and customer-focused supply chain strategy that supports sustainable growth and profitability
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
• Develop and execute the overall supply chain and planning strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead the transformation of supply chain operations to drive efficiency, agility, and resilience
• Establish long-term capacity and resource plans to support growth and market demand
Demand & Supply Planning
• Oversee demand forecasting, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and inventory optimization.
• Ensure accurate demand projections and supply alignment to minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and planning processes.
Procurement & Supplier Management
• Work alongside Global Supply Chain function to develop strategic supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of supply.
• Work alongside Global Supply Chain function to negotiate contracts and terms to optimize cost, quality, and service.
• Work alongside Global Supply Chain function to monitor supplier performance and manage risks across the supply base.
Production & Inventory Management
• Oversee production planning to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery to customers.
• Optimize inventory levels and working capital across the supply network.
• Implement best practices in materials management, MRP, and warehouse efficiency.
• Logistics & Distribution
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely distribution.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
• Ensure compliance with all logistics, trade, and regulatory requirements.
Performance, Systems & Continuous Improvement
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all supply chain functions.
• Lead digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to increase operational excellence.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing planning and supply chain team.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, and R&D.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Ensure materials are on time.
• Achieve savings strategy goals, productivity, and efficiency.
• Optimize cash flow, inventory levels, and turnover.
• Support the reduction of supplier non-conformance (supplier NCR).
Your Story
• Proven track record leading end-to-end Planning and Supply Chain Operations – from demand planning to logistics
• Solid technical, production planning and operations background in a project-based industry
• Very familiar with OPEX (5S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)
• Experience with working with ERP/MRP systems
• Leadership experience and an interest in leadership development
• Excellent cooperation and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial understanding/skills
