Beyond Gravity is in a strong growth and transformation phase. At our Linköping site, one of Beyond Gravity's key manufacturing operations, we are moving from a project-oriented way of working to a scalable and volume-oriented delivery model, with high demands for precision, pace and quality.
The Supply Chain function consists of logistics, planning and procurement, where the logistics function is currently in a development and transformation phase with a need for clearer structure, processes and control.
In this role, you report to the Senior Manager Supply Chain and have personnel responsibility for approximately 18 employees working across warehouse and logistics operations.
Your mission
The role as Logistics Manager in Linköping is a central and critical position within the Supply Chain function. Here you will have the opportunity to lead and develop the logistics function in an environment characterized by high technical complexity, an international environment and a clear focus on transformation. The assignment involves creating structure, stability and long-term sustainable ways of working in an environment where the pace is high and where logistics is crucial to production.
You will combine strategic development work with close operational leadership. The role initially requires you to be hands-on in the development of improved processes, efficient material flows and high delivery reliability. The role as Logistics Manager is therefore a key role in succeeding with the work to improve logistics flows. Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the logistics and warehouse team in the daily operation
- Develop and implement logistics strategy, processes and guidelines
- Act as process owner for all logistics processes and related documentation
- Responsible for the daily management of logistics personnel and ensuring an organizationally efficient structure adapted to the needs of the business
- Responsible for a correctly managed warehouse and its processes, including audit-safe inventory, as well as warehouse analyses
- Lead the team within the cost center budget, including necessary asset and investment planning
- Develop and establish key performance indicators to measure and manage all logistics processes
- Drive continuous process optimization within the area of responsibility

You are a person who is motivated by developing both people and processes and who creates engagement through clarity, collaboration and a coaching leadership style. The role requires a high level of presence in the operation, good prioritization skills and a good ability to handle a high pace.
Must-haves:
- Post-secondary education in logistics or a similar field – or equivalent experience
- Solid background and understanding of logistics within manufacturing industry, as well as experience of cross-functional collaboration between logistics, production, planning and procurement
- Solid formal management experience with experience in developing teams
- Experience in driving and developing transformation and improvement work within logistics
- Experience of warehouse responsibility and material management
- Experience in creating structure, processes and ways of working in operations with a high pace and change
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Good system knowledge, preferably SAP, as well as good experience working in a data-driven and process-oriented manner
