Your Mission

The role of the Ariba Buying and Supplier Admin is to manage the administration, maintenance and improvement of Ariba Buying (AB) and Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) tool. 
This includes the  management of Guided Buying (GB) and Supplier Catalogs as well as the supplier on-boarding and enablement in SAP Business Network.
The Ariba Buying and Supplier Admin will also support Buyers and Suppliers in the supplier registration process.

•    Acting as a key interface between Procurement, Suppliers, end-users and IT, the Ariba Buying and Supplier Admin will have the following responsibilities:
•    Perform Ariba Guided Buying and SLP administration activities, including urser access, configuration and change to Forms, Policies and related Master Data
•    Drive Supplier Enablement in Ariba Network for catalogue and non-catalogue suppliers
•    Manage Tile Structure Catalogues in Ariba Guided Buying by identifying new categories and its preferred suppliers
•    Oversee the supplier registration process in SLP, including troubleshooting and following up on missing or incomplete information
•    Monitor interface between Ariba and S/4
•    Support Ariba releases, including documentation and user training
•    Act as 1st level support for Suppliers and 2nd level support for requestors in questions related to Ariba Buying, Ariba SLP and SAP Business Network
•    Act as an interface between Requestors, Procurement, Suppliers  and IT to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the process
•    Monitor Supplier performance and engagement with the tool
•    Ensure alignemnt and compliance with Beyond Gravity guidelines, requirements and working instructions
•    Monitor timely deliver of missing information / documents to ensure timely approval and conversion of Purchase Requisitions into Purchase orders in Ariba / SAP
•    Work within own team and with other teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities

 

Your Story

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,  Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field.
•    >2 years of experience in a similar role at an international company, preferably with internal and/or external users support
•    Proficiency with Ariba or other e-procurement software (e.g. Coupa, iValua, Onventis) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) 
•    Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities 
•    Experience with data analysis, reporting, and procurement metrics.
•    Knowledge of procurement best practices, industry trends, and digital procurement innovations.
•    Excellent communication and social skills 
•    Results-oriented and assertive mindset 
•    Mentality to welcome challenges, to take the initiative, and to identify and seize opportunities.
•    Team player
•    Open-minded, strong communicator and networker, willingly involves others and shares information
