Beyond Gravity is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Process Analyst to join our QMS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the deployment of a central Quality Management System, defining and implement business processes’ KPI and identifying, analyzing, and improving existing business processes within the divisions to meet strategic goals and objectives.
This role involves working closely with both industrialization and business units to integrate new and improved processes and technology solutions
Your mission
Responsibilities:
- Support the deployment of a standardized QMS across the entire organization.
- Define process KPIs and generate performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes across various departments, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, translating them into process changes and solutions.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for increased efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and present reports on progress, challenges, and outcomes of process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Monitor the implementation of new processes, gathering data to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest process improvement techniques and industry best practices.

- Standard QMS deployed globally
- Process performance KPIs and metrics in place
- Quality Certification (ISO9001, EN9100 & AS9100 amongst all others)
- Audit plan fully executed and improvements implemented
- Productivity, efficiency, and savings strategy fulfilment
- Global collaboration and synergies
- The learning organization (PDCA)
Your story
- Education in Engineering or Economy at B.Sc. level minimum
- Experience in the field of Business Process Development, Quality Certification, Quality, Continuous Improvement and Change Management.
- Experience within companies in transformation.
- Experience in Aerospace, Aviation or similar industries.
- Thought through Process/Vision, deep process experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Experience with process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
- Experience with SAP Signavio
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
