  • Ensure adherence to indirect procurement policy, approval and signature authorities, contract-validation requirements, No PO–No Pay, export-control, information-security, sustainability, and other applicable controls.

  • Track and report validated savings, cost avoidance, contract coverage, sourcing pipeline, compliance issues, supplier performance, and category risks to procurement and senior stakeholders.

  • Provide training and practical guidance to requesters and stakeholders and contribute to global procurement initiatives, process improvements, and cross-category projects.

Your Story

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Law, or a related field.

  • 5–8+ years of relevant experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier and contract management in an international environment.

  • Strong commercial negotiation, tendering, contract-lifecycle, supplier-performance, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

  • Ability to analyze spend and demand, build business cases, quantify savings and cost avoidance, and translate data into sourcing decisions.
  • Working knowledge of procurement governance, investment approval controls, purchase-to-pay processes, and commercial, legal, health-and-safety, and compliance considerations relevant to site services and equipment procurement.
  • Fluent English, with the ability to negotiate, draft, present, and lead cross-functional discussions.

    Nice to have’s:
  • Experience with multi-site facility-service agreements, lease negotiations, equipment maintenance frameworks, supplier transitions, or insourcing and outsourcing business cases.

  • Experience in aerospace, defence, advanced engineering, or another regulated global environment.
