He/she is a key ensuring accurate recording in our ERP throughout the organization.
 
Your Mission                                                 
- Managing controlling master data (cost center, profit center hierarchy...)                            
- Setting up projects master data                            
- Performing necessary reclassification entries during month or month-end closing                            
- Ensuring financial records comply with regulatory standards (internal and external)                            
- Performing month-end and year-end activities                            
- Providing information to the billing team for cross-company recharges out of projects                            
- Monitoring costs allocated to projects for correctness and completness                            
- Supporting new ERP implementation accross the Group (currently implementing S4 HANA Cloud Solutions)                            
- Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support                            
- Supporting the Auditor, Controller and other financial professionals in their duties as needed                            
                            

Your Story
- 3+ years of experience in accounting role within a multinational environment.    
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or adequate experience                            
- Very good knowledge of (reading, writing, and speaking) English. Other languages are a plus (German, French, Swedish)                                                    
- Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate and use SAP (experience in S4 HANA Cloud Solutions is a strong plus)                            
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel                            
- Process-oriented thinking                            
- Works on initiatives to improve project accounting operations and document management process                            
- Independent and conscientious way of working                            
- Strong analytical and effective problem solving skills to identify and correct                            
- Ability to work on a team and independently                            
- Experience in Finance Shared Services for a Global Company a strong plus
