Global Reporting & BI Business Partner position is located in our Center of Excellence in Lisbon.

You'll Develop, Drive & Own global cross-function Reporting & BI landscape at Beyond Gravity. The role combines ownership of the global Reporting & BI landscape with hands-on development, data preparation, dashboard building and operational support.
Your Mission
- Technical tasks:
- Lead and directly contribute to the roll-out of Power BI as BG’s new Reporting Tool in collaboration with the IT Analytics team.
- Actively collect, transform and validate financial and non‑financial data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Operation & optimization
- Identify opportunities to automate and develop prototypes or MVPs before scaling with IT.
- Monitor, analyze and continuously optimize the performance, security and operational reliability of our data.
- Lead and actively build BI solutions, including modeling datasets, writing queries, designing user‑centric dashboards and supporting deployment.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for Global reporting & BI initiatives within BG, aligning with overall business objectives. Ensure the roadmap is grounded in practical deliverables and supported by hands‑on development and iterative releases.
- Actively follow new developments in BI, data engineering and integrate suitable new approaches into our processes.
- Utilize AI-driven solutions to optimize reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of Global reporting & BI initiatives.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Stakeholder management & collaboration
- Work closely and trustfully with managers from all areas of the company to ensure the alignment of technical and business goals.
- Communicate effectively at all levels, especially with the other data roles and the product leads and represent the importance of data-driven initiatives.
Your Story:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience in project accounting analysis, business controlling, reporting, controlling functions and responsibilities of advantage
- Knowledge and experience in Power BI implementation
- 3 -5 years of experience of business control (preferably within similar industry interfacing customers in Project Delivery) and/or digitalization within finance
- Profound understanding of accounting and reporting systems and analytics tools such as Microsoft Office (advanced in excel)
- Knowledge in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
- Knowledge in IT architecture and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is qualifying)
- Fluency in English written and spoken
- Good communicative skills, ability to share knowledge and engage various stakeholders within the organization will be of utmost importance
- Proactive attitude, good problem-solving skills and decision-making skills
- Thrive in a changing environment and able to adapt to changes and new demands persistently
- Act as business partner, an influencing force and have a self-driven mentality
- Furthermore, you are people oriented and able to cooperate cross-functionally
- Eager to make decisions and take responsibility, Team player, Analytical and problem-solving skills
