You‘ll join a dynamic team , where your role will involve ensuring smooth logistics, efficient production, and timely delivery of our top-notch products. We are currently in an exciting transformation where we are growing a Tech Hub in Portugal. Together, we are a diverse team with different backgrounds and personalities, but we are all connected.

 

Your mission

  • Drive and operate SMO (Incident, Change, Problem Management): Process and effective Execution 
  • Coordinate and participate in the daily relationship with BG Service Managers / Tower Leads
  • Assist in optimizing the Services, processes and tools used to deliver 
  • Drive and operate in: Change Management, Configuration Management, Continual Improvement, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalogue Management, Service Level Management 
  • Execute and secure excellent ITIL process of: Incident and Major Incident Management (setup and host Bridge calls, restore services ASAP, record, communicate), Change Management (minimal failed, run CAB´s), and Problem Management (excellent RCA´s, relevant CAPA´s, run PRB review calls) 
  • Assist in management of ServiceNow, the Technical and user Service Catalog integrated in ServiceNow 
  • Take proactive steps to monitor issues, take necessary action and inform accordingly 
  • Assist/produce delivery of regular reports, including utilization trends, forecasts, and exceptions as required for the scope of Services (contain a Management Summary and technical details) 
  • Drive and execute documentation management in area 
  • Prepare for monthly review and work with IT Teams to ensure timely submission and closure for polls, audit and compliance follow-up. 
  • Conduct reports and presentation update to management 
  • Create, update and enhance knowledge base 
  • Quality management, run Analyzes etc. 
  • Monitor and follow up on Escalations 
  • Monitor and act on inflow and trends of incidents & requests in ServiceNow 
  • Participate in SMO Team on-call service according to schedule

 

Your story

  • Relevant degree in IT / computer science or comparable training and experience 
  • Deep knowledge and good experience in ITIL processes 
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills 
  • Good experience in IT Service Management  
  • General IT know-how in the infrastructure and application layer and their procedural relationships 
  • Some years of knowledge in ITSM / ServiceNow 
  • Team-oriented and self-reliant work attitude 
  • Quick comprehension and excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as networked thinking 
  • Good communication skills fit to given target group 
  • Welcomes changes, embraces them proactively and actively bring them into the company 
  • Fluent in English, verbally and written
