Your Crew

 

This position is located in our Center of Excellence in Lisbon. 
In this internship you'll support the development and deployment of a central Quality Management System, identifying, analyzing, and improving existing business processes within the divisions to meet strategic goals and objectives.
This role involves working closely with all business units to integrate new and improved processes and technology solutions, improve efficiency and quality, and gain practical experience analysis and mapping of business processes. 

 

Your Mission

 

  • Support the deployment of a standardized QMS across the entire organization. 

  • Assist in-depth analysis of existing business processes across various departments, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, translating them into process changes and solutions. 

  • Support the development and implementation of new processes for increased efficiency and productivity. 

  • Contribute to reports on progress, challenges, and outcomes of process improvement initiatives, and implementation of new processes, gathering data to measure impact and effectiveness. 

  • Support in the global audit plan implementation and improvements follow-up, following PDCA methodology.

 

Your Story 

 

  • Education in Engineering or Economy at B.Sc. level minimum, or similar.  

  • Basic knowledge in the field of Business Process Development/Analysis, Quality Certification, Quality, Audits and Continuous Improvement.  

  • Academic or professional experience in data analysis and performance metrics. 

  • Academic or professional experience in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN). 

  • Familiarity with tools such as SAP Signavio.  

  • Availability for 12 months full-time professional internship. 

  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
