Your crew

You'll join a dynamic team, where your role will involve supporting the execution of the annual audit plan and maintaining a strong relationship between the business and the internal audit function.
Additionally, to escalate any identified risks and opportunities that hinder or support the achievement of business objectives.  
We are currently in an exciting transformation where we are growing a Tech Hub in Portugal. Together, we are a diverse team with different backgrounds and personalities, but we are all connected.

Your Mission

•    Perform audits autonomously to evaluate risks to the business, risk management and internal control systems and recommend improvements to add value to the operations of Beyond Gravity.
•    Deliver assurance by performing financial, operational and IT audits in Europe and globally.
•    Perform autonomously all phases of audit projects – planning, execution, completion and reporting – as assigned.
•    Design effective plans for improvement in risk areas identified within audits to ensure that risk is reduced, and commercial improvements delivered as a result of audit work.
•    Discussion of audit findings with auditee management and agreement of effective solutions to implement change.

Your Story:

•    Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance or other related field.
•    Fully qualified auditor (WP, CIA, CPA or comparable). 
•    Minimum 7 years of total work experience in audit, finance and / or IT. Minimum of 2 years work experience in internal or external audit.
•    Excellent English presentation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing 
•    Ability to accept and meet deadlines, involving effective time management capacity. 
•    Thinking out-of-the-box and comfortable in performing non-checkbox audits.
•    Results driven and self-motivated team player with role model business acumen, compassion, integrity, trust and perseverance. 
•    Open-minded for new ideas and being able to identify value adding improvement opportunities. 
•    Availability to travel.
•    CISA qualification is a plus.
•    German language skills are a plus.
