You‘ll join a dynamic team , where your role will involve ensuring smooth and timely delivery of our top-notch products. We are currently in an exciting transformation where we are growing a Tech Hub in Portugal. Together, we are a diverse team with different backgrounds and personalities, but we are all connected.

 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

 

Your Mission

  • Manage and update recruiting list
  • Getting all necessary data from hiring manager, timely preparation, and publishing of Job ads in SuccessFactors
  • Regular active screening of candidates according to the needs of the job description (languages, experience,education…) legal and company requirements (e. g. ITAR, work permits, salary in/close to benchmark…), communication with authorities if questions reg. work permits arise
  • Additionally source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social media and professional networks) when necessary (after 2-3 weeks no candidates or strictly confidential positions)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews
  • Take part in HR part of the interview (and upon request and role other parts)
  • Negotiation of candidate’s salaries to fit the provided BG benchmark.
  • All communication with candidates
  • Support in all matters related to recruiting and onboarding.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives together with other responsible parties
  • Take part in P&C projects (especially in regard to recruiting, onboarding and employer branding
  • Provide statistics and reports when requested by Supervisor and Business Partners
  • Organize and/or support organization, attend fairs and events and have the right human resources in place at the
  • right fairs and events
  • Provide all necessary data in high quality to the P&C generalists team for the onboarding process (incl. GTS
  • (sanction lists via SAP), work permits, ITAR and all relevant forms)

 

Your Story:

  • Full proficiency in English
  • Highly organized and service-orientated
  • Great negotiation skills
  • At least two years of working experience as a recruiter in a similar industry
  • Fully proficient in using the Microsoft office suite
  • Nice to have’s:
  • Any additional language
  • Studies in Psychology
  • Behavioral Competencies (Describe character and personality relevant for a person to thrive and be successful in the position)
  • Great communicator skills
  • Friendly and assertive against candidates and managers to ensure BG goals are archived and BG guidelines are kept
  • Sales affine, able to convince suitable candidates of company and vision.
