Your Mission:

You’ll be part of the energetic sales team based in our Nyon office. Your role will be key in leading sales strategy per customer account for the Slip Rings Business Unit. You will be accountable for growing the existing client’s portfolio and for expanding our footprint with new international clients. You will be the single client point of contact representing Beyond Gravity, the leader in the Space slip rings market, having the responsibility to sell advanced cutting-edge products and creating value for our Industry & Space customers. This diverse team in Nyon is composed of highly skilled engineers and technicians from various backgrounds and nationalities, each bringing their unique perspective to the table. Yet, what unites us is our shared commitment to Beyond Gravity’s core values: Curious, Passionate, and Together.

 

In details:

. Manage large and complex bid submissions

· Being the single Sales point of contact of the client representing Beyond Gravity Slip Rings.

· Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.

· Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy per customer account.

· Build and sustain long-term customer relationships and understand their technical needs.

· Identify emerging markets and market trends while being fully aware of new products and competition positioning.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and project management, to prepare tailored offers to customers, both for existing as well as for newly developed products.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.

· Present offers and contracts to Beyond Gravity’s C-Level management for approval

· Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and stay informed about industry developments.

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional customers.

· Represent Beyond Gravity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

· Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.

 

Your Story:

· Sales Manager or Key Account Manager background in the Space or relevant Industry or any other High-Tech industry, where large Contracts are common.

· Business-minded attitude, strong financial skills

· Proven track record in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably within the Space or relevant Industry.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

. Outgoing and self-confident person that can approach customers, but can also listen carefully to their needs

· Structured team-player, that can lead and motivate an interdisciplinary team positively even under time pressure

· High adaptability in international environment and ability to deal with various worldwide customers-
