Your Mission
- Ownership of production data packages based on valid regulations, standards, technical data packages, and specifications; as well as materials organization & preparation for production.
- Drive results for the production, supply chain, as well as the business
- Preparation, tracking, and progress control of production orders
- Ensuring changes of production orders are implemented
- Ensure production orders are documented & signed off correctly
- Issuing materials/assemblies to production orders as required
- Ensuring the availability of all required manufacturing documents, J&T, equipment, parts, etc. at the concerned workstations before each build
- Reporting of manufacturing progress especially in case of problems to all concerned Departments (per product)
- Searching for and driving alternative solutions in case of problems and difficulties
- Control factory implementation and cut-in of engineering and process changes.
- Work with production floor, engineering, quality, and warehouse personnel to ensure redlined material component changes during build are properly documented and managed in SAP
- Work cross functionally with production control, production, engineering, quality, to solve daily issues with workflow
- Other Duties as assigned
Your Story
- Degree in relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business (extensive relevant work experience considered)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in the face of ambiguity & adversity.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams across the organization to resolve issues/stoppages with urgency.
- Able to work well with others, follow directions, execute tasks swiftly, identify process improvement opportunities, and solve problems effectively.
- Monitor job flow and velocity through the production line, partnering with Production Control to ensure timely completion.
- This hands-on role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and a drive to solve daily operational challenges.
- Ability to understand BOMs, engineering drawings, parts lists, and factory flow.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP
- Demonstrate strong skills in MS Office (specifically MS Excel), databases, Sharepoint, etc.
- Experienced in planning and scheduling activities.
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs unassisted.
