Analysis Engineer (f/m/d)

in  Space Industry (temporary from 1st of August 2024 until 12.31.2025)

Your mission:  In this exciting and challenging position in Vienna, you will be responsible for structural and thermal calculations of mechanical systems for the aerospace industry.

Your responsibilities in this position:

• Structural mechanics (statics, dynamics) and thermal finite element calculations of mechanical systems for space travel, such as engine actuation mechanisms
• Participation in the design, construction and testing of our satellite mechanisms and ground support equipment
• Working closely with the relevant specialists in our development teams

Your horizon

• Relevant education: TU Mechanical Engineering
• Universal technical understanding with a focus on mechanics, calculation and simulation
•  Knowledge of the finite element method (software knowledge of Siemens NX and Nastran an advantage)
• Enjoy goal-oriented and structured work as an Analysis Engineer in long-term projects
• Very good knowledge of English is a must-have, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent and ability to work in a team
• Several years of professional experience (>2 years)
