This position is located in Vienna.

Your mission

Supporting project managers in their day-to-day business leading International space programs/ projects with the career path to a full time project manager. (2-3 years)

Your responsibilities 
•    Support project managers in their day-to-day business like
        - Planning and execution of projects with multi-disciplined teams (Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain, Quality...)
        - Coordination and management of project activities including internal and external (sub-contractor) project team & ensure the flow of information
        - Scope, change and claim management throughout the project lifecycle
        - Customer satisfaction and successful project execution with regards to quality, schedule and financial targets
        - Document and communicate project progress and status to all required stakeholders including managing key KPIs (EAC growth, M/S Fidelity, Cash Flow...)
•    Support for local PM tools (ERP system, BI-Tool...)
•    Support improving the project management process/ work-flow

Your horizon
•    Very good understanding of economic relationships
•    First industrial experience ideally in project management or engineering, experience in the space industry is an asset
•    Technical (electrical engineering or equivalent) background, ideally including PM training, PM certification (IMPA, PMP) is an asset 
•    Networked thinking, planning skills, assertiveness and high resilience as well as a curious and open mindset
•    Strong business and team focus combined with negotiation skills
•    Fluent in English (nice to have: German/Swedish/French) good communication skills

Gross monthly salary: at least EUR: 3.569,- (full time equivalent) according to the collective agreement plus generous overpayment depending on qualifications and professional experience.
