Your Mission
Join Beyond Gravity as a Product Assurance Manager and lead our quality initiatives in the Business Unit Thermal & Mechanisms. As a core project team member your mission will be to ensure the highest standards of product assurance and quality management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development to final qualification.
In this role you will:
- Develop and cultivate a strong product assurance culture at the project level
- Act as main interface for customer for all quality topics and convert customer critical-to-quality requirements into internal specifications
- Lead non-conformance and failure investigations to uphold product requirementS
- Supervise product development and qualification for all quality aspects
- Ensure successful product assurance programs in line with project milestones
- Execute hardware inspection points
- Support and achieve final product qualification and contribute to customer, supplier and internal audits
Your Story:
- Relevant experience in quality and continuous improvement
- Higher education in Engineering or a related discipline preferably in the field of mechanics or mechatronics
- Experience with quality preventive methodologies (e.g., 5Why, Ishikawa Fishbone)
- Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA, and MIL is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills in English and basic understanding of German
- Both analytical and critical thinking alongside with the ability to ask tough questions and represent Beyond Gravity's interests
