Your Mission

Manage Projects to fulfill the customer and company requirements within the frame of the approved budget and the agreed Milestones. Achieve the Project Goals for the company to make revenue and earn money. Agree short and longterm with Project Team Members regarding goals, actions, tasks, budgets and reporting of the relevant work packages.Plan, organize and control projects (including proposal projects)

· Negotiate project scope and price within mandate and conduct Project Kick-Off
· Detect and Handle Scope Changes including drawing up and negotiation of Contract Change Notices within mandate
· Execute the Project according to approved Project budgets, Contribution Margins and Cash Flow profiles
· Project controlling, Reporting, ERP Handling, Resource Planning
· Manage Project Team
· Establish Work Breakdown Structure, Work Packages, Schedule and Risk Assessment
· Interface to Customer, Subcontractor and Key Suppliers
· Report project status to management
· Configuration and Documentation Management (CADM)
· Ensure compliance to Export Control and Controlled Technology regulations
· Conclude and Organize the Project Closeout and obtain regular Customer Feedback
