Your Mission
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-technology projects from contract award to delivery. You will be responsible for customer relationships, project execution, budget, schedule, scope, risks, and overall project success while leading multidisciplinary international teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project performance.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as the main customer interface.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive change management, identify mitigation actions, and resolve project challenges.
- Support bid activities and contribute to business growth.
- Support and enable project managers by introducing best practices, fostering knowledge sharing, and driving continuous improvement.
Your Story
- Several years of project management experience in a high-technology industrial environment (Space industry preferred).
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary and international projects.
- Strong customer focus with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of project financials, contracts, planning, and risk management.
- Experience working with ERP/PLM systems.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to make decisions and drive results.
- Fluent in English and German.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Space industry.
- Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA or equivalent).
- Technical background in Engineering, Quality, Systems Engineering or similar.

We are required to state a minimum gross salary for this position in accordance with the collective agreement: this amounts to EUR 4820 ,- per month. The actual compensation is based on your qualifications and experience and will exceed the collective agreement minimum.
