Your Crew

 

You will be part of our engineering team counting around 35 people. You will work closely with your colleagues to further develop our thermal and mechanical products. As a Product Engineer with expertise in materials and processes, you will support the team as a central point of contact for technical challenges. By working closely with experienced colleagues, you will not only learn how to develop thermal and mechanical systems, but will also increasingly take on technical responsibility in customer projects - always as part of a team and in mutual dialogue.

 

Your Mission

The Product Engineer

  • Analyses the technical and program-specific customer requirements, develops and evaluates system concepts, technical definition and technical documentation
  • Defines, coordinates and documents the development and qualification of materials and manufacturing processes
  • Coordinates design and manufacturing and supports the definition of assembly and testing procedures, tools and requirements
  • Is the technical interface to customers, project partners, subcontractors and suppliers as well as in-house testing, production and assembly 

 

Your Story

 

  • Education: Higher technical education (academic degree) in materials science, physics or mechanical engineering with a correspond-ing specialization
  • In-depth knowledge of materials and processes in the following areas: Non-metallic materials and their ageing behavior, bonding and curing; Metallic materials, their processing and heat treatment; Electroplating and surface treatments
  • Profound technical understanding of thermal and mechanical systems 
  • Analytical, solution-oriented thinking paired with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Language skills: very good English skills, German is an advantage
