Your Mission

The Information Security Officer (ISO) is responsible for planning, implementing, reviewing and improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and thereby advancing the organization’s information security and cyber security.

· Enhance the ISMS including the creation and revision of directives, guidelines and technical architecture standards.

· Manage requests from partners in the area of compliance and cybersecurity.

· Identify, prioritize and implement technical and organizational security controls.

· Evaluate IT and security solutions in cooperation with the business units.

· Lead or participate in different information security projects.

· Provide security consulting, coaching and awareness for employees, departments and managers.

· Ensure compliance with multiple security standards, laws and regulations, including but not limited to ISO/IEC2700x, ITAR/EAR, and CMMC.

Your Story

· Several years of hands-on technical experience in information security, IT security, or cyber security (e.g. ISO/IEC2700x, NIST, NIS2).

· Education in information security, IT security, or cyber security or a comparable qualification.

· Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset with high motivation to work in an environment with strict security requirements.

Nice to have’s:

· Experience in project management including familiarity with common project management methodologies and frameworks.

· Experience working in multi-cultural environments.

· Experience in aerostructure, military or other, high-security or highly regulated environments.
