Your Mission:

The PLM Application Specialist is responsible for implementing, configuring and supporting Siemens Teamcenter solutions to enable efficient product development and verification processes. The role focuses on deployment, operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of PLM capabilities while ensuring integration with CAD, MES and ERP systems.

The role works closely with key users and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end consistency of product data across PLM, MES and ERP processes, enabling a seamless digital thread from design to production.


PLM Configuration & Support 

  • Configure and maintain Siemens Teamcenter data models, workflows and lifecycle management processes
  • Provide L1/L2/L3 support for PLM incidents, ensuring root cause identification, resolution and system stability
  • Support management of product structures and BOMs (EBOM–MBOM alignment where applicable)
  • Support minor enhancements and configuration changes based on business needs 

 

CAD Integration (NX / CATIA / Xpedition) 

  • Support and optimize MCAD and ECAD integrations with Teamcenter
  • Troubleshoot CAD-related issues impacting product data, revisions or releases
  • Collaborate with CAD application responsibles and engineering teams to ensure efficient CAD–PLM usage 

 
Integration (PLM ↔ MES ↔ ERP) 

  • Monitor and support integration flows between Teamcenter (PLM), SAP (ERP) or Opcenter (MES)
  • Analyze integration issues and coordinate fixes across systems
  • Ensure data continuity across engineering and manufacturing processes
  • Contribute to digital thread initiatives (PLM–MES–ERP alignment) 
     

Operations & Governance 

  • Manage user access and roles within Teamcenter
  • Support testing (UAT/system testing) and release cycles
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes and changes
  • Provide training and guidance to key users and engineering stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes within Teamcenter 


Your Story

Must’s: 

  • Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter configuration, operations and support
  • Solid understanding of PLM processes:
  • Product structures / BOM management
  • Change management / lifecycle
  • Document management
  • Experience in application support (L1/L2/L3)
  • Basic understanding of system integrations (MES ↔ ERP ↔ PLM)
  • Understanding of engineering-to-production data flows 

Nice to have’s: 

  • Experience with MCAD integrations (preferably Siemens NX and Dassault Systèmes CATIA V5) 
  • Experience with ECAD integrations (preferably Siemens Xpedition) 
  • Knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) and PLM (Teamcenter) integration scenarios 
  • Experience in aerospace / defense / regulated manufacturing environments
