Your Mission:

At Beyond Gravity, we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible, aiming to lead in the era of smart factories and digital excellence. The Senior Project Manager Digitalization and Innovation, will play a pivotal role in shaping Beyond Gravity's digital future, leading our efforts to turn around our businesses, processes, products, and services through innovation and digitalization. This role will steer our sites through the evolving landscapes of operating systems, integrating cutting-edge digital solutions and innovative strategies to maintain our competitive edge.

· Lead global rollout of Beyond Gravity state-of-the-art Operating System landscape (EZYone) in terms of scope, schedule and budget

· Serve as EZYone country lead for the global rollout, ensuring strategic alignment and successful deployment

· Lead innovation initiatives in line with Beyond Gravity's strategy

· Support global digital transformation activities in line with Beyond Gravity's digitalization roadmap

· Act as the primary interface between business and IT, ensuring alignment with strategic vision and objectives

· Prepare project budgets, estimate and control costs, and ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-budget delivery

· Plan, organize, and achieve project milestones, including concept definition, implementation, and validation

· Coordinate project interfaces and plan necessary resources

· Own escalation process in terms of the issues and anomalies, ensuring timely resolution

· Oversee external contractors and in-house staff to meet project deadlines

· Foster a culture of continuous innovation and improvement within the team

Your Story:

· Proven experience in project management, particularly in digitalization and innovation projects.

· Strong understanding of industry 4.0 technologies and their application in industrial processes.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Experience in budget management and cost control.

· Knowledge of new digital technologies and their implementation in industrial settings.

Nice to Have:

· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

· Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

· Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
