Your Mission: 

• Identify, plan and implement improvements that impact quality, cost and productivity, leading to significant improvements in business operations and increased customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update processes related to documents.
• Optimisation or redesign of process flows to meet project requirements
• Optimisation of internal Quality processes, documents and databases
• Automatisation of data collection and reporting via Power BI
• Monitor process performance and improvements in key metrics
• Working with management to define short and long-term goals and potential gains
• Assist in determining project scope and schedule based on business needs and client requests

Your Story: 

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
• Familiar with Database management, SQL, Power BI
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools including Teams and Power Automate
