Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Main Tasks in Product Assurance for the ongoing series production
  • Ability to negotiate and report weekly directly to customer previa coordination with Project Team
  • Transparent, structured and disciplined communication style with internal and external Customers
  • Open, manage and get approval of BG deviation (Jaggaer Anträge) on Customer Platform to meet delivery
  • Lead  the Root Cause Analysis, coordinate the Non-Conformance Review Board with different technical disciplines, follow-up Non-Conformance Review Board
  • Manage Customer Complaint on Customer Platform leading 8D Investigation
  • Perform final inspection of Actuator Unit to monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
  • Compliance with quality, deadline, specifications and cost
  • Cross-group cooperation (QA, Prod. Office,System/Industrial Eng., M&P Eng.)
  • Very careful handling of high-precision materials & components, test equipment, devices
  • Reporting and recording of component and process deviations (NC)
  • Pro-active support for root cause analysis relevant to failure detected at outgoing inspections
  • Improve the quality process

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Candidate shall have strong character and being able to sustain high series production environment without compromise the Quality and On-Time-Delivery
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Eng / Materials Science or similar is preferred (FH/Uni/ETH)
  • Master-Studium or PhD (FH/Uni/ETH) Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or similar.
  • Proved  experience minimum 5/8 years in similar high-tech environment-series-production
  • Previous experience working in cleanroom environment is a plus
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset whit hands-on mentality
  • Smart, flexible and self-disciplined
