Your Mission 

•    Coordinate all technical disciplines related to the development of Mechanical Structure products 
•    Manage, negotiate and track customer requirements and break them down to sub-system level requirements •    Manage requirement verification control 
•    Release Technical Specifications for sub-systems and subcontractors 
•    Drive / Contribute to design and technologies trade study selection process 
•    Analyze complex problems and define solutions, considering given requirements 
•    Conduct concept studies 
•    Develops, evaluates and compares technical solutions in order to determine optimal nominal solutions including multi-disciplinary trade-offs and respective reports 
•    Create technical reports (e.g. Development and Verification plans, Specifications, Development and Qualification test plans, etc) 
•    Review of technical results and documentation (incl. engineering and manufacturing drawings) 
•    Support the project manager in the conducting of regular project meetings (internal and external) and design reviews 
•    Conduct technical meetings 
•    Coordinate and issue technical proposals 
•    Support the project manager in technical negotiations with customers and subcontractors/suppliers, be the primary technical interface to the customer  

Your Story 

•    B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 
•    7-10 Years of relevant industry experience 

•    Very good understanding of composite and metallic materials in the following domains: mechanical, structural, thermal, acoustic and aerodynamic 
•    Risk management 
•    MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and also Project) 
•    Awareness for costs and schedule 
•    Proposal management  

•    Solution driven, willing to make a difference, and customer-orientation 
•    Passionate and co-operative performer who puts success of team first 
•    Good organizational and co-ordination skills 
•    Good communication and teamwork ability 

•    Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred 
•    SAP experience preferred 
•    Strong Root cause analysis skills for corrective actions preferred
