Your mission
You’ll join an international team passionate about shaping the future of electronic solutions in the space industry. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Product Strategy (Vienna & Tampere), you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales and Engineering. Together, you drive innovation, strategic growth, and technological excellence in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Electronic Solutions business unit (primary for Navigation and Payloads)
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive innovation
- Manage the full New Product Introduction (NPI) process—from concept to launch
- Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and compelling value propositions
- Analyze product profitability and make data-driven decisions to optimize the portfolio
- Lead Product Action Committees (PACs) and manage strategic partnerships
- Prioritize internal R&D funding and co-funding initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Support product marketing and bid development in close cooperation with Sales and Communications
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle and ensure alignment with business goals
Your story
- Strong technical and commercial background in electronic products—ideally in the space sector
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in structured innovation management and market analysis
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Resilient, structured, and adaptable in complex and fast-changing environments
- Languages: Fluent in English, German is a plus

Minimum gross monthly salary: EUR 5.660,-- Actual salaray depending on qualifications and professional experience.
